Caramel vanilla sauce

  • 50 g butter, unsalted
  • 100 g whipping cream 30-35 % M.F.
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g maple syrup, pure
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste

Strawberry sauce

  • 100 g strawberries, hulled
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, to taste

Dippers and toppings

  • marshmallows, mini, for dipping
  • popcorn (popped), any kind, for dipping
  • chocolate chips, for dipping
  • sugar pearl sprinkles, any colour, for dipping
  • coconut, dried, grated, unsweetened, toasted, for dipping
  • plain biscuits, crumbled, for dipping (see Tip)
