Chicken and cashews

- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 40 g soy sauce or tamari
- 2 - 3 tsp honey, to taste
- 1 pinch sea salt, to taste
- 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste
- 20 g lime juice (approx. 1 lime), to serve (optional)
